Returns and Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. The following terms and conditions apply:
How to Request a Return:
- Request Authorisation:
- You must request a return authorisation (RMA) within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@crossroads.wales.
- Return Instructions:
- Once you receive the RMA, return the product to the address provided within 14 days.
- Include the return authorisation number (RMA) with your return.
- After shipping, email us with the tracking number and RMA so we can track your return.
- Condition of Returned Products:
- Products must be returned in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
- All original accessories and packaging must be included.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes (e.g., VAT, customs) are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.
- Restocking Fees:
- If you return a product without a valid RMA or missing accessories, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse the return, OR
- Charge a 30% restocking fee based on the original price or the value of the missing parts (whichever is higher).
- If the product is returned in good condition, a 30% restocking fee may still apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Partial Refunds:
Only partial refunds may be granted if:
- A book shows obvious signs of use.
- A CD, DVD, software, or video game has been opened.
- An item is damaged or missing parts due to customer error.
- An item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to be posted).
- Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@crossroads.wales.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@crossroads.wales for instructions. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
